+ How do I join and how long does it take to change?
It takes a few minutes to join online. You'll need to provide a few basic details about the house to connect, some personal details and your preferred payment option. It's quick, easy and the power will stay on at all times. It takes anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to change away from an old power company. We’ll let you know by email when the change is complete.
