- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to any other Kiwi Mobile terms and conditions that apply to your use of our services.
- Standard rates for Australia do not include Australian External Territories (including Norfolk Island)
- The rates and conditions below apply when you use your Mobile Phone in New Zealand.
- All rates are inclusive of GST.
- Any mention of "unlimited" calls or messages is subject to our Fair Use Policy

In-flight and Cruise Ship Roaming
All calls will be charged on a per minute basis and will be rounded up to the next whole minute. Please note that all roaming rates are GST exempt. For information on non cruise/flight international roaming with Kiwi Mobile see our roaming page.

Roaming is not available on all vessels or aircraft, please check availability with your cruise or flight provider.
If you have a device that is compatible with HD Mobile Calling or WiFi Calling, you may also be able to use calling/texting services on WiFi Calling and be charged at your standard call rates.
