A few years back, we launched Electric Kiwi Broadband. Yeah, lots of companies have launched their own too, but we wanted ours to be better.
We saw the sneaky stuff out there and thought, nah, let’s keep it fair, flexible, and simple.
Electric Kiwi charges daily for broadband, so you only ever pay for the days you actually use. No surprise bills, no paying a month in advance, no sneaky notice periods, and no exit fees. Want to switch? Go for it. You can leave whenever, and we won’t slug you with an extra month’s bill. That’s just how it should be.
Our three fibre plans all have unlimited data, simple prices, and no tricks or expiring discounts. Everyone gets the same great rate—no loyalty tax here.
And because we’re customers too, we know contracts and exit fees are ancient history. That’s why you won’t see them on any Electric Kiwi plan: broadband, mobile, or power.
