Four Years Running: Electric Kiwi Wins Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers Award for Bundled Utilities

We'll try to be modest about this. But we can't pretend we're not pretty chuffed!

Four years in a row. Electric Kiwi has taken out Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers Award for Bundled Utilities again, and in Canstar's own words, we did it in "emphatic style."

That means every year the award has been available to us, Kiwis have rated us the number one choice for power and broadband combined.

We're especially proud of this one because it's voted on by real Kiwi households.

What the Award Is and Why It Matters

Canstar is an independent research agency that surveys thousands of New Zealand households about their experiences with service providers. This isn't a popularity contest or a self-nominated award, it's based on what real customers actually think.

For the bundled utilities category, they survey households using the same provider for power and broadband, rating their experience across value for money, customer service and overall satisfaction.

This year, Electric Kiwi scored five stars across every single category. No other provider did that.

Honestly, it comes down to doing the basics well and refusing to do the things that drive customers mad.
